Terms of Service · Updated 1 May 2026

The agreement between you and Axis Visa LTD.

By starting an application, you agree to these terms. They are short, plain-language, and govern the working relationship between you (the applicant) and Axis Visa LTD (the service provider).

1. What Axis Visa does.

Axis Visa prepares and supports visa, eVisa and travel-authorisation applications on behalf of travellers. We do not issue visas. The decision on any application rests entirely with the relevant government, embassy, consulate or visa centre.

2. What Axis Visa is not.

Axis Visa is not a government organisation. We are not a legal-representation firm and we do not provide immigration legal advice. Where a case requires legal representation, we will return your fee and refer you to qualified counsel.

3. Your responsibilities.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information to Axis Visa.
  • Respond to advisor requests for additional information within a reasonable time so as not to delay the application.
  • Pay any consulate, embassy, visa-centre or government fees as required by the issuing authority.
  • Attend any in-person interviews or biometric appointments as required by the issuing authority.

4. Our responsibilities.

We agree to:

  • Prepare the application accurately and on the basis of the information you provide.
  • Reply to messages within one business day during opening hours (Mon to Fri, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT).
  • Handle your information per our Privacy Policy.
  • Honour refunds per our Refund Policy.

5. Limit of liability.

Axis Visa's liability under these terms is limited to the £109 service fee paid for the application in question. We do not accept liability for missed travel, lost deposits, or any consequential loss arising from a visa refusal, processing delay, or change in immigration rules.

6. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have where you live.
