When you get your money back, and when you don't.

Written plainly so there are no surprises. If your situation doesn't fit any of the cases below, email Contact@axisvisahq.com and we'll work it out with you.

1. Full refund of the Axis Visa service fee.

You receive a full refund of the £109 Axis Visa service fee, with no deduction, in any of the following cases:

  • After review, Axis Visa determines we cannot assist with your case (for example: it requires legal representation we cannot provide, or it falls outside our destinations of coverage).
  • You withdraw the application before an advisor has begun preparation. This is usually within 24 hours of starting.
  • The consulate, embassy or government issuing authority becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, and we are unable to submit the application.

2. Partial refund of the Axis Visa service fee.

You receive a partial refund of £109 (less work already completed, prorated) in the following case:

  • You withdraw the application after an advisor has begun preparation but before the application has been submitted to the issuing authority.

3. No refund of the Axis Visa service fee.

The £109 fee is non-refundable once any of the following has happened:

  • The application has been submitted to the relevant consulate, embassy or government authority.
  • The application is refused by the issuing authority. Axis Visa cannot guarantee outcomes; we prepare and support applications.
  • The applicant provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information that caused the application to be refused or delayed.

4. Consulate / government fees.

Consulate, embassy, visa-centre or government fees are set by those authorities and paid through to them. They are not held by Axis Visa, and refundability is governed by the policies of the issuing authority. Where the authority issues a refund, we pass it on in full. Where the authority does not, Axis Visa is unable to refund those amounts.

5. How long refunds take.

Refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method within 5 working days of the decision. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 working days to credit the refund to your account.
