What we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us.

Axis Visa LTD (Company No. 15704239) is the data controller for the information you share with us. We are subject to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR principles.

1. What we collect.

To prepare and submit a visa application on your behalf, we collect:

  • Identity and passport details (name, date of birth, passport number, expiry, nationality).
  • Contact details (email, phone, residential address).
  • Travel and visa history relevant to the application.
  • Supporting evidence (bookings, employment letters, financial documents) that you choose to provide.
  • Payment information, which is processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms. We do not store full card numbers.

2. What we do with it.

We use your information only to prepare and submit the visa application you have asked us to support, to communicate with you about it, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing. The only third parties who receive it are the issuing authority (consulate, embassy, visa centre or government department) and Stripe for payment processing.

3. Where it is stored.

Your information is hosted in the United Kingdom on encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to the advisor preparing your case and to the supervising Immigration Agent who signs it off. We do not store it for longer than the case requires.

4. How long we keep it.

After your application is concluded:

  • Supporting documents are deleted within 30 days unless you ask us to retain them.
  • Application and case records are retained for 6 years for accounting, tax and legal compliance, then deleted.
  • You can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.

5. Your rights.

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you (a subject access request).
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request deletion of information we no longer need.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We respond to subject access requests within days, not the stipulated minimum of 30. You own your data — Axis Visa does not.
